I am starting this blog as an experiment, not sure whether this will be successful or not. But I have been thinking about this for quite sometime now, so I have to do it.
The purpose of this blog is to help generate a comprehensive database of potential blood-donors in and around Dubai. I am a part of a group which organizes 2-3 blood donation camps per year in Dubai with support from Al Wasl Hospital, Dubai.
Just to add, even after so much advancement in medical science, Blood cannot be made artificially, it can only be donated. It is like giving life to someone. So, please volunteer to donate blood and help us bring smiles on unknown faces by registering on this website.
I am sure Dubai residents will not be left behind in supporting this noble humanitarian cause.
